Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service equipment at customer locations
• Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest in technology (e.g., building PCs, DIY home repairs, or similar hobbies)
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and in the field
