Residential Plumbing & Heating Mechanic or Junior Mechanic Wanted for Immediate Hire

Candidate's role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive timely and expert service. The ideal candidate will have a strong PLUMBING and HEATING background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be presentable with a friendly demeanor. Areas of expertise will include installation of steam and hot water boiler systems, along with all domestic plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, and water heater installation and repair.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems and hot water/steam boiler systems.
• Traveling to various job sites and coordinating with the dispatcher to maintain an efficient work schedule.
• Providing expert consultation to customers regarding repair vs. replacement options to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Maintaining an organized inventory of tools and parts on the truck and in the shop to ensure readiness for each job.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• On-site billing and collecting at time of service.  

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years experience in residential plumbing and steam heating services.
• Strong plumbing and mechanical skills (A+ level).
• Current or recent full-time employment with a licensed plumbing and heating company.
• A clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
• A professional demeanor and positive attitude.
