Duties / Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated MI Digital Trainer to join Titania’s team supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence’s (USAICoE) training mission. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Army intelligence systems, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.
The MI Digital Trainer coordinates class arrangements, conducts AIDP training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. If required, you may use technical experts to assist in training. Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. In this position, you will:
· Works with minimum supervision and interacts with customer and superiors. Assignments are specific in nature. Has some latitude for un-reviewed routine actions or decisions.
· Perform training systems and learning platform analyses, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE).
· Analyzes current 111th Military Intelligence Brigade training development program needs in terms of requirements and potential solutions.
· Develop tests and visual aids. Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
· Provides subject matter expertise to management and technical personnel on area of expertise pertaining to mission and technical operations.
· Provides guidance, technical support, and training to management, technical and operational personnel.
· Supports program staff as required and ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
· Provides support at technical meetings and prepare reports when required, attends reviews to evaluate and assesses curriculum capability gaps and requirements, evaluates potential solutions in meeting cost, schedule and performance milestones and provides reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance.
· Must be subject matter experts with approved course scenarios, current real world data sources and web-based applications regarding the AIDP/DCGS-A capability in support of training missions.
· Conducted operations in the last ten years in support of authorized intelligence activities.
· Honorably served in the military and have operational experience in one of the following MOS/AOC: 35F/350F, 35N/350N, 35S/352S, 35D, 35C, 35G, 180A for a minimum of 4 years.
· Graduate of one of the following Military Intelligence Branch courses; Advanced Officer Course, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, or Advanced Warrant Officer Course.
