Job Description Job Description Duties / Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated MI Digital Trainer to join Titania’s team supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence’s (USAICoE) training mission. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Army intelligence systems, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies. The MI Digital Trainer coordinates class arrangements, conducts AIDP training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
