QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have the skills needed in the use of basic hand and power tools in order to perform maintenance work. Must have knowledge of general maintenance procedures and the skills to be able to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks. Be available in emergency situations as required by the employer. Be a team player, and work collaboratively with coworkers and district stakeholders.
