Residential Housekeeper

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated spaces including private rooms, shared restrooms, entryways, and community areas.
• Carry out regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling according to established procedures.
• Notify the supervisor of any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns observed during cleaning rounds.
• Follow all safety guidelines, handling cleaning agents properly and using required protective gear.
• Ensure supplies are replenished and report low inventory when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cleaning, custodial, or maintenance roles preferred but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working independently and cooperating with others as part of a team.
