Destination Education is Hiring: Bus Drivers (3 Positions Available!)

At Destination Education, we don’t just transport children—we help drive their future. We’re looking for 3 reliable, safety-focused, and positive Bus Drivers who are ready to jump in and make an impact IMMEDIATELY!

If you enjoy being on the road, creating a safe space for children, and being part of a purpose-driven team—this is the role for you.

Your Mission:

• Safely transport children to and from Destination Education locations and activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bus environment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Represent Destination Education with professionalism and positivity

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Ready to start immediately
• Must pass a drug test
• Must pass a TN DHS background check
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have at minimum an F Endorsement License
• Must have a clean driving record
