Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Second Shift Supervisor with direct recycling or scrap processing experience. This is a working supervisor role responsible for production, training, and safety.
Requirements:
- 2+ years recycling or scrap processing experience
- Equipment operation (forklift, skid steer, balers)
- Ability to train employees
- CDL Class A or willingness to obtain
Responsibilities:
- Unload trailers and process material
- Train employees on equipment
- Supervise 2 production workers
- Move trailers using yard jockey
- Enforce safety procedures
Compensation:
$26–$30/hour based on experience; somewhat flexible based on experience
