This is a working supervisor role responsible for production, training, and safety. Job Description Job Description The Equipment Operator and Mechanical Assistant duties include inspecting, preparing, manipulating heavy equipment to ensure the appropriate movement of materials and communicating with coworkers to ensure that the projects are completed accurately. The position also entails inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing the equipment as instructed by the equipment operators or supervisors.
