Part-Time Maintenance Mechanic

Part time Maintenance Mechanic. 18 hours per week, including rotation of on call duties 
(nights and weekends). Custodial tasks associated with interior and exterior cleaning and 
upkeep of grounds such as cleaning common areas, offices, vacant units, lavatories, emptying 
trash, owing, raking, manual snow removal and other duties as assigned. Must also pass a
