Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines

Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Personal Lines team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service for personal lines insurance clients
• Answer questions, process policy changes, and handle billing inquiries
• Review coverage options and assist with renewals
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance and/or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with computer systems and attention to detail
