Gypsum Express A growing, nationally ranked, premier flatbed and van carrier, is looking for a Dispatcher/Planner in our Baldwinsville Terminal. A Successful candidate must be highly motivated, technology oriented and have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

As a Dispatcher/Planner, you will oversee the dispatch set forth during the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring driver messages
• Tracks loads, notifies customers of late deliveries, and communicates to driver managers and customer service personnel
• Dispatch local drivers
• Providing all details and support for regional/local drivers
• Files electronic manifests for border crossings
• Handling urgent situations in a timely and professional manner
• Data Entry
• Assists with payroll
• Yard Checks

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required

· Possess strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

· A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is a must
