Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Porter supports the upkeep of the manufacturing plant and surrounding grounds. This role is responsible for routine cleaning, assisting with preventive maintenance tasks, helping mechanics as needed, and supporting general facility operations. This is a full-time, entry-level friendly position with training provided and opportunity for growth. Key Responsibilities Clean offices, restrooms, cafeteria areas, and other plant facilities Vacuum, sweep, and clean surfaces throughout the manufacturing plant Assist with basic plant and grounds maintenance activities Complete preventive maintenance checklists and scheduled tasks Help remove scrap, waste, and other unwanted materials using hand trucks, carts, and forklifts Assist mechanics and observe repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Support the general cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility Perform other related duties as assigned...
