Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Packaging Sci, Mech Engg, Chem Engg & 9 yrs of exp in packaging & packaging system design & dvlpmnt. Must have 9 yrs of exp dvlpng, writg, & maintaing packaging material specs. Must have 8 yrs of exp packaging design for multi-layer hi barrier rigid containers & flex film based barrier packs. Must have 7 yrs of exp identifyg, analyzg, & improvg existg packagg & processes to drive continuous improvemnt progrms & competitive advantage for the bus. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/ the followg: Packagg systm design & dvlpmnt supportg the implementatn of new packagg systms into a productn environmnt; overseeg executn of Commissiong Qualificatn Validatn processes durg commercializatn of new packagg techs; dvlpng projct update documentatn & updatg Sr Mgmt wi/ progrm progrss on a regulr basis; identifyg new techs & assessg applicability to delivr differentiatd packagg prodctivity, sustnability & innovatn progrms; & creatg robust bus case anlysis supportg progrm justificatn & progrm sell in to sr leadership teams. 30% dom & internatnl travel reqd to US, Europe, Asia, & Lat America.
