Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to directing the execution of proj's, work streams, & prog's by mng'g & modifying associated proj plans. Master's or equiv in Bus. Admin, Eng'g, Operations, or rel. fld + 1 yr of exp in operations, proj mgmt, or rel. exp OR Bachelor's or equiv in Bus. Admin, Eng'g, Operations, or rel. fld + 3 yrs of exp in operations, proj mgmt, or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Data Utilization: Leveraging various dashboards & analytical resources effectively (Excel, Tableau, PowerBi, Microsoft Suites; Metrics Dsgn): Partnering w/ bus. & analytics teams to define, dvlp & deploy key metrics (Tableau, PowerBi, Excel, PMP Planning & productivity tools); KPI analysis, operational reviews & performance reporting (Excel, Visualization tools; PowerBi, Tableau).
