We're hiring dependable, service-minded Porters to keep our New Jersey residential communities clean, safe and welcoming.
What you'll do:
Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms and other common areas
Handle trash, recycling and bulk removal; keep the grounds, sidewalks and parking areas clean
Help with snow and ice removal and other weather response
Clean apartments between tenants (turnovers) and help the maintenance staff with minor tasks
Report hazards, leaks, pests and repair needs right away
Treat residents and coworkers with courtesy
What we're looking for:
Porter, janitorial, custodial or groundskeeping experience preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work on your own or with a team
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and work indoors and outdoors
Available for early mornings, weekends and snow shifts as needed
A driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
