Billing and Customer Service Specialist

The Horsham Water & Sewer Authority is accepting applications for the position of Billing and Customer Service Specialist.

Job Description:
This employee is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, performing administration duties, including but not limited to preparing and processing all customer billings.

This person will become an essential part of our team, contributing, and participating in many aspects of our organization.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, billing and/or collections. Accounting experience desirable. Utility industry experience is preferred. Valid PA Driver's License. Willing to submit to a criminal background check.
