WM Construction, Inc. is currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. We have immediate openings for Track Hoe and Dozer Operators, Pipe Layers, and General Laborers.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to take direction while helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

Open Positions Include:

• Track Hoe and Dozer Operators Responsible for safely operating heavy equipment and assisting with construction and excavation projects.
• Pipe Layers Assist with the installation and positioning of pipe while working closely with equipment operators and other crew members.
• General Laborers Perform a variety of hands-on construction duties and provide support to crews as needed. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the construction industry.
