The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Specialist (Benefits) located at its Dover, DE office. The Human Resources (HR) Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of assigned Human Resources functions of the Delaware Transit Corporation in one or more of the following areas: talent acquisition, employee benefits, federally mandated workplace safety programs, and/or employee relations.
