Are you an experienced roofing, restoration, or home improvement sales professional who knows how to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals?

RCM Restoration Services is expanding and seeking a proven, self-motivated Sales Representative to develop new business throughout South Metro Atlanta.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity designed for experienced sales professionals who want to be rewarded for their performance.

What You'll Be Selling

• Residential and commercial roofing services
• Water damage mitigation and restoration
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Mold remediation
• Storm damage restoration
• Reconstruction and home improvement services

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or home improvement
• A consistent employment history and demonstrated sales success
• Experience generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales
• Established relationships with referral sources are a strong plus
• Knowledge of insurance restoration and claims processes preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Your Responsibilities

• Generate new roofing and restoration business
• Develop relationships with homeowners, insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into signed projects
• Conduct customer consultations and explain available services
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and referral sources
• Meet established sales and revenue goals
• Represent RCM Restoration Services professionally throughout the community
