Retail Administration and Banking Services

Join the Retail team at KS StateBank! Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients. We are looking for someone to lead our retail banking operations in the Retail Administration and Banking Services role. 

The Retail Administration and Banking Services role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the Banks retail banking operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience while achieving business, service and operational objectives. This position oversees the performance and development of the retail banking team, branch  operations, client care and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. The Retail Administration and Banking Services role works collaboratively with other areas of the Bank to drive consistent, exceptional client service across the  entire retail division. 

Candidates should have prior banking and management experience with the ability to develop, coach, motivate, and retain employees. This role requires strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the judgment to effectively  manage complex client, employee, operational, and business situations. Someone with a strong understanding of the client experience and the ability to establish a consistent, high-quality service culture will do well in this position.

This is a full-time position at our Westloop branch in Manhattan. Wages start at $75,000 to $100,000 per annum based on experience. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
