Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide ongoing service and support to commercial and small business clients on all Treasury Management products and services and function as a liaison between the client and all support areas of the Bank. • Responsible for achieving client satisfaction and providing premier client service support. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Excellent written and verbal skills • At least 3 years of customer service experience • Treasury Management Experience, preferred but not required • Must be able to work well under pressure • Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team • Ability to learn in a fast paced environment Company Description Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is an international, woman-owned, over $300 million IT and business services corporation based in Detroit.
