What You’ll Be Doing

• Emergency Board-Ups: Securing windows, doors, and breached structures following fires, storms, or break-ins.
• Roof Tarping & Securing: Climbing ladders and working on roofs to apply protective tarps and structural covers.
• Water Pump-Outs & Site Prep: Assisting crews with water extraction, moving gear, and clearing property debris.
• Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance: Loading service trucks, keeping gear organized, and ensuring tools are ready for rapid dispatch.

Requirements (Must Meet All to Apply)

• Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a clean, valid driver's license to drive or travel in company service vehicles.
• Comfortable with Heights: YOU CANNOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS. The job requires comfortable ladder work and standing on roofs for tarping and securing.
• Commute Constraint: Must live within a 30-minute commute of East Rockaway, NY to ensure rapid emergency dispatch response times.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and handle physical labor daily.
• Reliability: Ready to report on time, work hard, and maintain a strong team-first mindset.
