Job Summary

Wildcard Remodeling is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team servicing high-end short-term rentals (Airbnbs) and long-term rental properties across Arlington and North Fort Worth, TX.

This is a unique guaranteed-salary part-time role paying $600/week base for 25 to 40 hrs. scheduled hours (Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM), plus $30/hour premium emergency pay. As our property portfolio expands, the right candidate will have a direct, rapid pathway to transition into a full-time leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic property maintenance, light construction repairs, and quick turnover fixes for short-term and long-term residential units.
• Service high-end Airbnb properties and rental homes efficiently across Arlington and North Fort Worth.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with property guests, tenants, and team members during service calls.
• Participate in an alternating, every-other-weekend on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests (paid at $30/hour).
• Maintain a tidy workspace and adhere to property safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Entry-level maintenance, handyman, or light construction experience preferred (we are willing to train candidates with strong drive and mechanically inclined mindsets).
• Driver’s License & Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel between property locations.
• Background Check: Must pass a mandatory criminal background check (required for entering occupied private residences and guest properties).
• Professional Demeanor: Excellent customer service skills, punctual, coachable, and committed to maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and eager to learn trade skills.

Compensation & Benefits
