We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Technician to join our Finance team in Anchorage, Alaska. What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Technician II, you will play an important role in supporting the company's financial operations by processing billing transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Process accounts receivable billing activities for government, commercial, and nonprofit customers.
  • Review, code, and verify invoices, billings, checks, journal entries, and related transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and perform data entry activities.
  • Prepare accounting statements and financial reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
  • Assist with special projects and support other members of the accounting team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of general work experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Costpoint accounting software.
  • Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience.
