Director of Rehabilitation Services

Oregon Health and Sciences University seeks applicants for a full-time Director of Rehabilitation Services position at our facility in Portland, Oregon. This position directs all aspects of Rehabilitation Services management and ensures the provision of quality patient/family centered care. Minimum Requirements: The position requires a Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Rehabilitation or related, a license or eligibility for same as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, and 60 months of experience in Rehabilitation Management. Experience must include managing multiple units; overseeing integrated OT, PT, and SLP services across inpatient and outpatient settings; developing a neurodevelop-mental rehabilitation program; 3 years' experience leading interdisciplinary teams in complex, matrixed organizations; and leading interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams within pediatric and/or adult hospital and outpatient settings.
