Senior Manager Finance

Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager Finance in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to providing input to fin'l planning process by preparing fin'l analysis & modeling; recommending future expense targets; & planning & analyzing bus. performance in partnership w/ cross-functional areas. Bachelor's or equiv in Fin., Accnt'g or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in fin. or rel. area; OR 6 yrs of exp in fin. or rel. area. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Leading Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Long-Range Planning (LRP), forecasting, & scenario modeling; Evaluating bus. cases for new growth opportunities & conducting complex analysis; Using structured frameworks to decompose complex data into actionable, high-impact bus. insights; Securing exec trust & navigating organizational politics to drive successful implementation.
