Wal-Mart is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to driving monitoring across multiple progs & decompose performance metrics into measurable outcomes for individual projs. Bachelor's or equiv in CS, IT, Eng'g (any), or rel. fld + 6 yrs of post-bachelor's prgrssvly rspnsbl exp in product mgmt or a rel. fld; OR Master's or equiv in CS, IT, Eng'g (any), or rel. fld + 4 yrs of post-bachelor's prgrssvly rspnsbl exp in product mgmt or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Leading lrg-scale, cross-functional tchncl progs, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, delivery timelines, & coordinating global or multi-region initiatives; Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) & scaled delivery frameworks (Prog Increment planning, Stage-gate, Hybrid models); Mng'g cross-program dependencies, technical risks, & mitigation strategies using structured risk registers, escalation paths, & change-mgmt frameworks.
