Bachelor's or equiv in Bus., Stats, Social Sci, Communications, or rel. fld + 6 yrs of exp in retail merchandising, operations mgmt, or rel. exp; OR 8 yrs of exp in retail merchandising, operations mgmt, or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Dvlp'g long term bus. or product strategies & annual execution roadmaps; Leading cross-functional proj's & owning end-to-end delivery; Dvlp'g bus. cases supported by quantitative data analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives; Identifying gaps in customer offerings through customer, stakeholders & mrkt research.
