The Production Finisher is responsible for sanding, grinding, and preparing metal parts to meet quality standards. Working mostly independently but as part of a small team, this role involves handling materials, inspecting finished products, and ensuring surfaces are properly prepared for further processing. The position typically operates standard sanding and grinding tools within standard 8-hour shifts or extended 10-12 hour shifts if you need OT.
