Job Title: Live-In Sober House Manager (Free Housing + Commission)
Job Type: Part-Time / Residential
Pay: Free Rent & Utilities + 10% Occupancy Bonus
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, empathetic, and disciplined Live-In Sober House Manager to oversee daily operations and foster a supportive, structured recovery environment for our residents.
This is a free-rent, live-in position designed for someone in personal recovery who understands the dynamics of sober living. Full-time outside employment or daytime work is strongly encouraged.

Primary Responsibilities
- Drug & Alcohol Testing: Administer night-time drug and alcohol screenings 1–2 times per week (and as needed).
- Resident Support & Accountability: Maintain a safe, sober environment by enforcing house rules, curfews, and cleanliness standards.
- Meeting Transportation & Engagement: Lead by example in recovery; mentor residents and invite/transport them to local 12-step (AA/NA) meetings.
- Occupancy & Onboarding: Assist with resident move-ins, house orientations, and keeping bed capacity full.
- Community Building: Facilitate community bonding and house fellowship (e.g., organizing house dinners/meetings).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Sober Living Experience: Must have personal experience living in or managing a sober home and a strong understanding of recovery house logistics.
- Active Recovery: Must have established, ongoing personal sobriety with a passion for helping others in their recovery journey.
- Empathy & Leadership: Strong communication skills, clean boundaries, and a "people-first" mindset.
- Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (to assist with meeting trips and house errands).
