To provide technical support in construction planning, quality control, interpretation of design, documentation, and resolution of design conflicts, and constructability reviews to ensure successful job completion, manage job controls to ensure compliance with the contract, budget, schedule, forecasting, and job costing, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, analyze cost equipment reports, facilitate change orders, coordinate traffic plans.
