Music Rights & Transactions Attorney: Perform intermediate level legal work in entertainment & IP transactions under the supervision of senior attorney; analyze contract provision & prepare summaries of rights, obligations, & bus. terms; conduct legal research on copyright, royalty structures & entertainment law issues, etc. 40 hrs/wk. 1 yr exp as an attorney in music & entertainment law both domestically & internationally. Will accept in the alternative to a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, a U.S. Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree earned in addition to a foreign professional law degree, provided the degree (s) qualify the individual for admission to the CA State Bar.
