Roofing Superintendent-Working Job Site

We are a residential and commercial roofing company seeking a Working Job Site Superintendent to support daily field operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for assisting crews, coordinating materials, handling warranty and service calls, and ensuring job sites operate safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

This position is ideal for someone with strong roofing knowledge who is comfortable working in the field while managing multiple job-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively assist roofing crews and customers on residential and commercial job sites
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for crews as needed
• Respond to and complete warranty and service calls, including inspections and minor repairs
• Support construction teams with job setup, punch lists, and final inspections
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are met
• Enforce job site safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Communicate job progress, issues, and needs with office staff and management
• Maintain a professional presence with customers, property managers, and crews

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial roofing
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make field decisions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a superintendent, foreman, or lead installer
• Experience handling warranty and service work
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
