Enterprise Applications Developer

This role sits at the intersection of software development, systems integration, and collaboration and that work makes a real difference.
Does Your Education and Experience Include:
- A bachelors degree.
- At least three years of experience in software development and systems integration
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, C#, or another modern programming language
- Experience working with APIs, SQL, and version control
- Experience building automations or workflows in Microsoft Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure/Identity/Entra
- Experience with student information systems or other enterprise systems of record preferred
What Youll Do:
Application Development and Integration
- Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between CSMs core systems
- Develop and maintain custom software packages, scripts, and automation
- Build and support API connections, workflows, and data pipelines
- Write and maintain SQL queries and supporting database objects
Systems Support and Technical Ownership
- Administer the colleges automation servers and scheduled job environment
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and support recovery as needed
- Serve as a key technical resource for the CRM platform
- Assist the Help Desk with issues involving custom code, integrations, and data flows
- Maintain version control and documentation for institutional code assets
Collaboration and Migration Support
- Work with staff, faculty, and IT colleagues to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead the technical migration of CSMs integration environment as the college prepares for the new student information system go-live in September 2027
- Help ensure integration readiness at cutover and contribute to long-term stability of enterprise systems
