Essential Functions
Assembling and attaching components and hardware in a prescribed manner.
Utilize power or hand tools, testing devices, gauges and other equipment to form
complete units.
Perform inspection duties for quality control.
Communicate with team leaders regarding set-up and operating sequences.
Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability
required.)
May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug
screening.
Experience preferred.
Able to read tape measure and use precision measurement tools.
Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently
requiring little or no supervision.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in
the future.
Working Conditions
Works in a Production Shop.
Exposed daily to continual noise from machines.
Equipment/Machinery Used
Various machinery.
Physical requirements
Able to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
Able to lift 25 lbs. repetitively. Production facility exposed to continual machine noise.
