Wal-Mart is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Associate Enablement & AI Tools in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to defining vision & strategy for enterprise associate-facing tools incl My Walmart app & AI agent platforms, establishing internal standards & best practices for associate exp, workplace safety, & model monitoring. Master's or equiv in Bus. Admin, CS, Eng'g (Any), or rel. area & 5 yrs of post-bachelor's prgrssvly rspnsbl exp in product mgmt; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Bus. Admin, CS, Eng'g (Any), or rel. area & 7 yrs of post-bachelor's prgrssvly rspnsbl exp in product mgmt. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: product road mapping & prioritization using Jira; product backlog mgmt w/ Jira; stakeholder mgmt & communication via Confluence & Slack; User Experience (UX) design principles with Figma and Sketch.
