UX Designer III

Wal-Mart is seeking a UX Designer III in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to leading medium-sized, cross-functional User Experience (UE) to generate overall user exp solution & deliver usability on product w/in feasibility limits by coordinating all of UE (Dsgn, Architecture, Writing, Prototypes) & Research (mrkt & user research) activities & deliverables to plan, test & execute recommended user exp to Product Mgr. Master's or equiv in UI/UX Dsgn, CS, or rel. fld; OR Bachelor's or equiv in UI/UX Dsgn, CS, or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in UI/UX dsgn or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Participating in dsgn reviews & helping team upskill; Dsgn'g user-centered experiences for web & mobile platforms using wireframes, mockups, & prototypes; Building research toolkit to help accelerate research practices.
