As a vital member of our State College operations team, youll provide the essential background for financial advisors nationwide, ensuring their success through seamless execution and support.

Location: State College, PA (in-office position)

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting daily account maintenance and operational excellence
• Building strong, trusted relationships with our national network of financial advisors
• Serving as the expert guide for advisors through complex paperwork and custodian process
• Collaborating to sharpen our systems, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall client experience

What You Bring

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, confident and professional communicationboth written and verbal.
• A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
• Comfortable with navigating Technology, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Familiarity with Redtail (or other CRMs) and experience in finance, banking, or wealth management is helpful, but not required.
