Bkgrd in educ, trainng or exp must incld exp in mfg sector; subjct matter expert, inclding technicl proficiency around industrial-scale utilities processes & energy regulatns; provn leadershp exp spanning multiple countries; strong projct & procss mgmt skills, w/ exp managng projcts &/or change initiatives, incldng leading multi-functnl teams on continuous improvmnt progrms & providing technicl advice & guidance; knwldge of energy consumptn best practices & strategies for transformatn; demonstrtd ability to assess the theoreticl energy reqs & strategies for transformatn; demonstrtd ability to identify technology investmnts based on critical thinking & economic analysis & engage w/ stakeholders to seek support.
