Director of Emergency Services, RNEmergency Department Job Duties: The Director is responsible for the strategic vision, administrative oversight, and nursing operations of the Emergency Department. Works closely with medial staff, nursing staff and leadership to develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs that enhance quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction. Provides leadership to manage the departments financial and human resources. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Demonstrated Management experience may substitute for Bachelors Degree.
