Belleview Valley Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team, with both day and night shifts available. Our LPNs play a vital role in delivering quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment. Pay is competitive and based on experience. Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and timely
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Manage wound care and document patient progress
• Maintain infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and healthcare team members
• Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
• Respond promptly to emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in practical nursing
