As our company continues to grow, we are hiring for two full-time positions:

• Licensed Security Officer
• Front Desk Security Officer

Position 1: Licensed Security Officer

Security Officers are responsible for protecting assigned properties, enforcing site policies, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents while maintaining a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties
• Monitor for suspicious activity
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas
• Complete incident and daily activity reports
• Respond to emergencies following company procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and management

Position 2: Front Desk Security Officer

Front Desk Security Officers serve as the first point of contact for visitors while maintaining security procedures within the facility. This position combines receptionist duties with security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors professionally
• Verify identification and manage visitor access
• Answer phones and direct inquiries
• Monitor security cameras and building activity
• Maintain visitor logs and documentation
• Report incidents and security concerns
• Follow client security procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional office environment

Minimum Qualifications

Required for BOTH positions:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work Second Shift or Third Shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience writing reports and documenting incidents
