This is not a sit-in-the-truck management job. We are looking for a true lead who leads from the front—someone ready to strap on the tool belt, work alongside the crew, and bring complex, high-lux residential builds across the finish line.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute & Lead: Run large-scale custom residential builds from rough-in to final trim with precision and efficiency.
• Stay Hands-On: Maintain a strong daily presence on the tools, setting the pace for safety and quality control.
• Diagnose & Solve: Utilize elite troubleshooting skills to solve complex electrical puzzles on the fly.
• Modern Systems Integration: Install, program, and wire low-voltage lighting control systems and smart home controls.
• Site Management: Keep job sites organized, ensure strict NEC code compliance, and manage company vehicle equipment.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven background running electrical scope on large custom homes (Required).
• Motive: A working lead mindset—willing and eager to wear a tool belt every day.
• Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with low-voltage lighting control systems (Highly Preferred).
• Versatility: Exposure to commercial electrical environments (Preferred).
• Clean Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR to operate the company vehicle (Required).

We are looking to hire a few employees that have experience with both commercial and residential electrical work. We work all over the valley and will need someone with a valid clean driver license. Our lead guys can take the truck home if they have a safe area to park the truck. We do both residential, commercial, and even government jobs. Our government jobs will pay off Davis Bacon wages. We are a small family run business and you are treated like family. All of our employees that we have or have had have an average of over 4 years with us. We are currently growing and needing more qualified electricians to grow with us. We do not do track homes we specialize in customs, remodels, and TI. We are looking to hire within the week
