Job Description

DCG Development Co. is seeking an experienced Grounds Team Supervisor for our building and grounds department.

This position will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our retail, commercial, and residential properties, as well as overseeing and directing the activities of the landscaping/grounds crew.

Qualifications

• Experienced in grounds and landscape maintenance
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Pesticide application certification is a plus; willingness to obtain license is required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
