• Perform comprehensive consults and deliver high-quality cataract and refractive surgical care utilizing all available advanced technologies available.
• Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and surgical counselors to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Compensation Model:
Swagel Wootton Eye Institute offers a 12-month guaranteed compensation draw, providing financial stability during the first year of practice. After 12 months, physicians transition to a productivity-based compensation model that adjusts and increases throughout the year based on year-to-date (YTD) net collections. This structure rewards performance and growth while maintaining transparency and fairness.
