Microsoft Exchange Architect

Microsoft Exchange Architect Indiana University Health, Inc. is the employer (Indianapolis, Indiana worksite) Duties: The Microsoft Exchange Architect will design, implement, and manage enterprise-level messaging and collaboration solutions. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and related technologies to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient communication systems across IU Health. Architect and maintain Microsoft Exchange environments, including hybrid deployments and integration with Office 365. Design and implement governance solutions for Microsoft 365, ensuring compliance and security across messaging platforms. Develop and manage automation scripts using PowerShell for mailbox provisioning, resource management, and system optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance organizational productivity. Implement lifecycle management policies and enforce data protection standards for messaging systems. Provide technical leadership for Exchange migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
