Are you a detail-oriented financial professional who loves working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly? As a Treasury Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our restaurants and Support Center by managing banking relationships, monitoring cash activity, analyzing banking expenses, and helping ensure secure and efficient payment processes across the organization. *This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days a week in the office) located at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, KY.

Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Banking and vendor management experience required.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Commitment to providing Legendary service to internal and external partners.

  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and accuracy.

What's On Your Plate

  • Manage day-to-day banking relationships and support all company banking needs.

  • Open, close, and maintain bank accounts and related documentation.

  • Monitor and help maintain bank account security tools, including ACH controls, positive pay, and debit blocks.

  • Serve as a primary approver for wire transfers and ACH transactions.

  • Analyze monthly bank fees, prepare reporting, and identify trends and opportunities for savings.

  • Process bank-related invoices, accruals, and cash-to-sales reporting.

  • Support purchasing card programs, including card maintenance and user administration.

  • Provide backup support for payment processing, including checks, direct deposits, ACH, and wire activity.

  • Assist with unclaimed property filings, reconciliations, audits, and recovery efforts.

  • Process store refunds, prepare journal entries, and support special projects and team initiatives as needed.
