What You'll Do

Safely transport students to and from school.

Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Conduct child safety checks after every route.

Maintain a clean, safe, DOT-compliant school bus.

Follow established routes and schedules.

Communicate professionally with students, parents, school administrators, and fellow employees.

Represent STS New Mexico with professionalism, courtesy, and pride.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 21 years of age

Valid driver's license

Safe driving record

Ability to pass a DOT physical

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to pass a drug screening

CDL preferred but not required

Paid CDL Training Available
