Job duties incl but not limited to driving strategy & innovation to improve workforce mgmt rel. user experiences by evaluating the current competitive landscape. Master's or equiv in Analytics, Eng'g, CS, Math, or rel. fld & 2 yrs of exp in data mgmt, bus. analytics, stats, or rel. exp; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Analytics, Eng'g, CS, Math, or rel. fld & 4 yrs of exp in data mgmt, bus. analytics, stats, or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Util'g forecasting techniques to bld offline forecast in Excel to validate syst forecast; Calculating stat. error metrics (MAPE, RMSE) to evaluate forecast accuracy & validate labor hour projections; Applying stat. techniques in Excel to analyze unit & labor need trends, seasonality, & operational performance.
